The charges shown below each rally are inclusive
charges i.e. inclusive of VAT and the old ‘Capitation’ amount.
If there are any additional charges, these will
be detailed with the rally fee.
Please help your Rally Marshal by completing
your Booking Slip clearly, indicating the numbers in your party where
appropriate.
BOOKING
CONDITIONS
1.
Only members of the Caravan Club and members of their immediate family may
attend Centre Rallies.
FRIENDS ARE WELCOME TO MAKE A DAILY VISIT TO A RALLY,
BUT CAN NOT BE INCLUDED IN ANY
SOCIAL OR OTHER ACTIVITY CONNECTED WITH THE
RALLY
2. Complete Rally Booking Slips with the £2 booking fee, to be in the hands
of the Marshal for the rally by the first
post of the Monday immediately preceding the
Rally and two weeks prior to the rally for Bank Holiday and
special rallies.
Late and/or non-booking members should not
expect a plaque. At indoor events where accommodation is
limited, preference will be given to members
who have booked in.
3. Members who wish to cancel a booking made for a rally must do so by the
first post on Monday, 11 days prior
to the rally in order to avoid forfeiting the
£2 booking fee. Pre-paid rally fees are not refundable unless at least
14 days notice is given, and any refund may be
reduced by charges incurred on behalf of the member.
