If there are any additional charges, these
will be detailed with the rally fee.
Please help your Rally Marshal by completing
your Booking Slip clearly, indicating the numbers in your party where
appropriate.
Only members of the Caravan Club and members
of their immediate family may attend Centre Rallies.

WITH THE RALLY
Complete Rally Booking Slips with the relevant
deposit if required or total rally fee, to be in the hands of the Marshal
for the rally by the first post 14 days prior to the Rally
Late and / or non-booking members should not
expect a plaque. At indoor events where accommodation
is limited,
preference will be given to members who have booked in.
Members who wish to cancel a booking must
ensure the marshal is notified a minimum of 14 days prior to the
commencement of the rally. Failure to do so will result in the loss of
any pre-paid rally fee or deposit. Where a cancellation is notified
outside the 14 day period, members should be aware they may still be liable
for any expenditure incurred by a rally marshal on their behalf.
Unless stated otherwise the rally fees quoted
in the book or otherwise advised are payable for attending the whole or part
of the rally. No reduction will be given for attendances for less than the
full Duration of the Rally.
On account of current circumstances under
which it is difficult to obtain firm quotations for events twelve months
ahead, it has been impracticable to state the charge for some events. These
charges will be promulgated via News Sheets and Announcements at Rallies
nearer the date of the event it may also be found necessary to increase
other charges
All the Officers, Committee members and Rally
Marshals are volunteers and give their services to enable the Centre to
provide all the events promulgated in this Rally Book. Please remember this
and try to avoid making unreasonable demands on their services and time;
offer your help, it will probably be very welcome
