1. Rallies open at 4pm (unless otherwise stated in the Rally Book entry) on
the first day, and
caravans
must not arrive before the stated times PLEASE VACATE
THE SITE BEFORE SUNSET (or
earlier if specified in the rally letter).
2. Your own sanitation is necessary on all rallies.
Toilets should only be emptied at the disposal point
provided.
Taps are provided for drinking water only. Toilets and animals should not be
brought
within 6ft of the taps. Drinking water taps should not be used for flushing
or filling toilets.
3. Dogs must be
kept on a lead (maximum of 6ft) and under control whilst on the rally site.
4. Please do not allow a member of your party, to
interfere with or damage the property of your host or
fellow
members.

No learner driving (except motorcyclists) allowed on the rally field.
6. The maximum
speed on the rally field is walking pace.
7. If you wish to save a site, you are responsible for
meeting your colleagues at the site entrance
and showing them to their pitch.
8. In inclement weather please keep vehicle movement
to a minimum. Should it become necessary,
the rally marshal may ban the movement of all
vehicles on the rally field by flying a yellow flag. If
the flag is flying you must not move your
vehicle without the Rally Marshal’s permission.
9. If it becomes necessary to tow outfits on or off
the field with a Land Rover or similar vehicle,
vouchers should be purchased from the
Rally Marshal
to be handed to the driver of the towing
vehicle. A minimum charge of £1 per tow will be made
to help defray the tower’s costs. All towing
is done at the owner’s risk, no responsibility
will be accepted by the owner or driver of the towing
vehicle. The owner of the caravan is
responsible for coupling the caravan to the towing vehicle.
10. Dry waste must be taken home from the rallies,
unless special arrangements have been made
at the rally.
11. Guns, Air pistols and Catapults are forbidden.
Ball games, including swing ball must not be
played in caravan lines. Kites or Frisbees must
not be flown over caravans.
Cycles must not be
ridden in caravan lines.
12. Current
membership cards should be available for inspection at all Centre Rallies.
13. Use of
PUP TENTS
is permitted on Centre Rallies with the stipulation
that only one tent is used
per unit and that it must be pitched within the area
which would be taken up by a full sized
awning, i.e. one small sleeping tent for a
maximum of 2 people may be allocated within the
awning space or alternatively, between the rear
of the caravan and the adjacent hedgerow
provided the area is totally traffic free.

NO RAFFLES OR ADVERTISING MATERIALS ARE PERMITTED ON RALLIES EXCEPT WITH
PRIOR CONSENT OF THE COMMITTEE.
15.
NOISE ON RALLIES.
Please respect your neighbours and reduce noise to a
MINIMUM AFTER
11PM.
16. ATTENDED GENERATORS may be used between 10am and
9pm and for a maximum of
4 hours in that period, or as requested by the Rally
Marshal.
17. For safety on
the rallies the minimum distance between caravans is as follows:
A Minimum of 3 Clear metres from
pitch to pitch in the lines & a minimum of 6 clear metres between rows -
this is for ALL rallies and is in line with the Regulatory Reform Order
(Fire safety) 2005 & the caravan club's recommendations November 2007
18. Caravans
should not be sited under high voltage power lines.
19. The sale of goods including alcohol is prohibited
on all Centre Rallies apart from the sales of
Lincolnshire Centre equipment or with the prior
permission of the Centre Committee. In
accordance with The Caravan Club bylaws.
20. Gazeboes may be allowed at the discretion of the
Rally Marshals, but they must not be allowed
to affect the privacy or safety of other
ralliers and their outfits or to inconvenience them.
21.
FIREWORKS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ANY RALLY WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN
REQUEST TO & PERMISSION OF THE COMMITTEE.
