Due to the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, like many other centres we find ourselves in the unprecedented position of having to run our 2021 AGM virtually.
Please book onto the AGM as if you were booking a rally via the button below.
You will be prompted to provide Name, email address and your membership number. This will allow us to send you the details for the Zoom meeting log in and check your membership eligibility. Please note that bookings will close strictly 48 hours prior to the AGM to allow us to send out the relevant details. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
Notice to members of the Lincolnshire Centre
2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of the Lincolnshire Centre of The Caravan and Motorhome Club will be held at 15.00 on Saturday 20th March 2021 by Zoom Video Conference.
As required by Rule 6(c) of Rules Governing Centres, nominations for Executive Officers or Committee signed by the nominee must be received in writing by the Centre Honorary Secretary not later than fourteen days prior to the meeting, (i.e. 6th March 2021)
As required by Rule 6(b) of Rules Governing Centres formal Notices of Motion, duly signed by the proposer and seconder, must be received in writing by the Centre Honorary Secretary not later than thirty five days prior to the Annual General Meeting, (ie Saturday 13th February 2021).
As required by Rule 6(e) of Rules Governing Centres only members, joint members and family members whose Centre Registration details were lodged with the Centre Honorary Secretary not less than thirty five days prior to the meeting are entitled to speak and vote, or be eligible for election to Executive Office or Committee, (ie Saturday 13th February 2021).
Note: Valid membership includes those members whose membership renewal falls due on either February 1st or March 1st 2021 provided that their 2021 Centre registration details were lodged with the Centre Honorary Secretary within the 35 day deadline as above. Voting slips will be issued only on production of a valid membership card; this will be checked against the master listing provided by Headquarters and/or the Centre’s membership record files. Note: The Club’s Constitution does not forbid the Order of AGM 2021 admission of spouses and other members of registered Members’ families.

The Annual General Meeting of the Lincolnshire Centre will be held at 3.00 pm on Saturday 20th March 2021 via
Zoom Video conference. As required by Rule 5c of the Caravan & Motorhome Club rules governing centres.
1. Opening address.
2. Notice convening the meeting.
3. Apologies for absence.
4. Minutes of the previous AGM.
5. Matters arising from the minutes.
To receive the Chairman’s annual report.
To receive the Financial Report of the Honorary Treasurer.
To receive the Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet for the financial year ending 31st December 2020.
To appoint auditors for the following year.
6. Election of officers and committee.
Honorary Rally Secretary.
7. Any motions submitted in accordance with regulations.
8. Presentation of George and Marion Coveney award.
9. Presentation of the Lister Trophy.
10. Any other business.
No proposals can be accepted at the meeting.
Only members and family members who are registered with the Lincolnshire Centre, 35 days prior to the AGM are entitled to speak and vote.
Nominations for Officers and Committee, signed by the nominee, must be received in writing by the Centre
Honorary Secretary not later than 14 days prior to the meeting.
The Centre Honorary Secretary, not later than 35 days prior to the meeting, must receive formal Notices of motion,
signed, proposed and seconded, in writing. These will be displayed at the rallies prior to the A.G.M.
